Public Safety services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. Public Works staff are on-call 7 days a week for water utility
and street maintenance emergencies. To report a water or
street problem (other than shut-off for non-payment) on a closed day, call the Covina Police Department at (626)

Flatiron
West, Inc. is the contractor on this $175 million project, which will
