The Public Works Department provides services to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing community. The Public Works Department is comprised of six divisions: Administration, Building Maintenance, Engineering - Environmental Services, Equipment Maintenance, Street & Sewer Maintenance, and Water Utility. We provide services to the public and to other City departments.

Effective January 4, 2010, Public Works Administration, Building Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Street & Sewer Maintenance, and Water Utility Divisions located at 534 N. Barranca Avenue, City Yard, will be open Monday - Thursday from 6 am - 4:30 pm, CLOSED Fridays.

For emergencies during non-business hours , please call the Covina Police Department at (626) 331-3391. The Dispatcher will contact an on-call staff member to assist you.
