The Covina Parks & Recreation Department creates community through people, parks, and programs by:

The parks create a green infrastructure that is essential to our community’s economy and preservation of the environment.

They provide residents and guests places to enjoy passive and active recreational pursuits.

 

The Parks & Recreation Department maintains 57 acres of parkland for the use and enjoyment of Covina residents.

• Kelby Park, 815 N. Barranca Avenue
• Three Oaks Park, 829 Oak Park Road
• Kahler Russell Park, 735 N. Glendora Avenue
